Week 19 Stats
Wow, 19 weeks have FLOWN BY! I did not weigh last week because I wanted to test myself and make myself wait to weigh. I did make it two weeks and I did my CRUNCH Challenge... I made 1500 crunches in 10 days. From that challenge I also lost 6 inches around my middle.
