I have lost 60lbs on medifast but since my mom died unexpectantly last April I have been struggling to stay on plan. I have gotten on plan for a week or two but get off track the first time there is extra treats at work or a social event that involves food. When I was on plan before I could resist this food with out too much effort. I want to continue to lose weight to get to my goal weight. I know I will feel better and healthier if I get to my goal weight! I need help but I don't really know what kind of help I need. Any advice would be greatly apreciated!
