9 pounds lost during Week 1!
I am very happy with the results of my first week on Medifast. My goal was to get into a groove, stay organized, drink my water and join the MF community. I accomplished all of the above.
My focus for Week 2 is to incorporate more exercise, continue to drink my water and to be more diligent with eating my meals at regular intervals.
Thanks to everyone with whom I have connected so far. You rock and provide invaluable inspiration!
