I am very happy with the results of my first week on Medifast.  My goal was to get into a groove, stay organized, drink my water and join the MF community.  I accomplished all of the above. 

My focus for Week 2 is to incorporate more exercise, continue to drink my water and to be more diligent with eating my meals at regular intervals. 

Thanks to everyone with whom I have connected so far.  You rock and provide invaluable inspiration!

Today feels like a new beginning for me.  After a summer of travel in five different countries (thoroughly enjoying five different cuisines), I am back home ready begin a new school year.  That's the great thing about being a teacher:  I get two Happy New Years in one!

And what better time to start Medifast?  I have tried other programs but need the structure of Medifast to help me be successful.  I am SO excited about my journey!  Please join me as I take the first steps in my Commitment to Loving Myself (CLM).

This first day of school marks the first day of my new life...on MEDIFAST.
